I think that Congress can effectively deal with Gore's environmental agenda. Gore will have little weight because he himself is in the hot seat of a campaign finance scandal which has taken on new significance with the inevitable downfall of Clinton.

I have to disagree with Bob on this one. I'd much rather see Gore take over than continue with the moral vacuum of the Clinton-speakers. We must clean up this mess and move on decisively.
