Old video. Death from corona virus up to 1000 a month now vs flu 38,000. Death of people with no predisposing illness likely as high in the 1000 corona virus cases as 38000 flu cases. If China can control this we are OK, if not it is a disaster. I lean to the side China can do it or we come up with a treatment that can keep people alive once they get the virus. If this happens many will say this whole thing was no big deal. They will still have been wrong. This is a very dangerous situation that can break either way. Dr Li Wenliang 34 years old died. Wake up folks. Most of us men on this board are dead ducks if we get this virus

Her new book, “Blowout,” takes on the fossil fuel industry or, as one person she cites puts it, the “excrement of the devil.” This is not — and who would expect it from Maddow? — an “on the one hand, on the other hand” type of journalistic endeavor. She states her thesis at the outset: The oil and gas industry “is the most consequential, the most lucrative, the most powerful, and the least-well-governed major industry in the history of mankind.”
