When I put my Win 10 machine to sleep, the browser windows are open to the websites I want to visit. I have 2 browsers on one monitor, Firefox and SeaMonkey. I use both for work. I never close them unless they get unstable (which is rarely, SeaMonkey never crashes). Try leaving your browser open when you put it to sleep, Then when you wake it enter your login and you are set to go.

It sounds like your home page tabs are set to those opening when you click on FF. Check out these options in FF and see what yours say.
