Things on the inside are leveling out. The company is making long overdue steps to bring in experienced, seasoned management. There has been no significant drop in number of Doctors. We are still enrolling physicians. We had our biggest January new group enrollment ever as a company. Although some groups have dropped (as was expected) that total number was insignificant.

I certainly am not saying that things are 100% turned around, but the stepswe made have had a positive impact. I remain committed to the Company. If I weren't, I would have my resume spread out all over the place a long time ago.

First Options problems are sure going to take some heat off of us for a while. I read in the paper today that they are getting fined at least $500000 for delaying their members' necessary surgeries.
