Thanks Fix Mentioned in generalities, many of the generic comments made about CC to them today. I asked why they don't take steps, perhaps along with a few other similarly tared houses, from a corporate communications perspective, to correct the perception the public has about their activities? Pointed out that it keeps me from using their services for the time being and I am sure more than a few others are similarly sheepish about dealing with a house so vehemently flamed. If a well respected independent authority were to comment, clarify and/or correct the perceptions, perhaps they could outgrow their reputation. "Taken under advisement." Regards
