arthur.what are your thoughts re. margin expansion fof ames in 98. will the aisian flew make good oppornistic buying for ames mgt. if so is this your conclusion based on first hand knowledge...how and when willyear 2000 problem be takkeled by ames. is there any growth potential for ames and what is it...3% 5% 7% why will this company and how will they build on the lasst years successes. is the momentum over...the stock price may penetrate support above 14.50 as early as monday... waht are your thoughts or anyone else in the know about 1998 realities. thanks drvinkman

Arthur, - I honestly don't know if the consensus earnings figures are fully-diluted or not. Under FASB # 128, the company will report basic EPS as well as fully-diluted EPS, asnd Zacks didn't specify which. I'll do some digging tomorrow AM and get back to you on this.
