The Broncos won their Super Bowl game Led by Elway, a certainty for the "hall of fame" But in the game of life Where there's plenty of strife 'Tis much more important to follow Jesus' name When you look at all of the Super Bowl hype It doesn't seem right that any should gripe When believer make their joyful noise And the "world" thinks they have lost their poise And make snide remarks, they show their stripe They can yell & holler at the Super Bowl Then turn over cars 'makin them rock & roll But when a believer does rejoice Praising God with thankful voice They mock & scorn from within their soul
