How ever did we end up in the company of the nasty gas and coal burning EU?

I guess we need to terminate natural gas services pronto, just like those clever Brexiteers and spending half a trillion on a high speed train the length of the nation.

Just wait and see how disastrously this UK delusion ends.

It would be as if we turning our country over to a 73 year old orange transvestite who wears Frosted Pink Lip Blush in public.

Don't tell me we already did that too?

Most of these European regulations are in place for the benefit and protection of the majority. The very majority who chose to elect these governments tasked with serving this majority in stark contrast with some other countries whose governments / leaders largely decide what’s good for their “subjects” but, more importantly, what’s good for themselves and their close circle of friends.

As far as “Are we tired of winning yet?” goes … These words or variations thereof were used quite frequently throughout history by a variety of megalomaniacs. Interestingly enough, they usually signaled the end of their winning streak.
