Yo Yo: I heard that NAAC has been heavily shorted by some foreign investors who bought Reg S (NAAC issued about 3 M shares for the acquisition). It is illegal. I heard that NAAC has filed charge with SEC against these foreign investors and SEC begins to take action, A short squeeze is in the making. Also, they have to pay fine and extend the date that they can convert their debenture.

Just be patient. We will see very good movement of NAAC.
