She was a private citizen, whose every photograph was valuable because of the world's love of her.

She was a very, very public figure, a celebrity by her own choice. She probably had a good heart, but wasn't very bright, and was extremely manipulative with everyone with whom she came in contact.

I have always thought Diana was wonderful, and one of the most refreshing things about her is that she was very open about having all sorts of sordid flaws like being bulemic, trying to kill herself, having love affairs, and suffering from depression. Her very honesty
about her faults attracted people to her.


Deplorable. Taht's why we have Oprah and Geraldo. There's something to be said for dignity.
