On the other hand, I think they can offset what is purely hype and a set up for pump and dump and I think that is what bothers you so much. TC

Pugs: Unadulterated bull crap. If there were one iota of significance in all the garbage you and Riley have been tossing around not only about Mr. Kugler, with whom I may have all of four or five written contacts about things other than RMIL, but a number of other individuals, the NASD would have been hot to trot to clip his wings. This is to say nothing about his employer. Your constant prattle about violation of this and violation of that is plain and simple baloney with out any shred of validity. Crap fed to you by Riley who I am becoming more and more convinced knows even less than you do about trading. You have to be really dense to keeping telling or asking people to call the company to find out what's "really happening." Do you think the SEC, who you have contacted numerous times to protest alleged violations and who have yet to confirm any truth to your accusations by action, just willy nilly issues trading halts and also cautions not only broker-dealers about making a market in this stock but warns current and potential investors not to accept what the company says as fact did so because of Mork's or any other persons urgings. If so you have another case coming and need serious help. The road you insist on travelling is leading to a dead end and from what I have seen in the official documents reproduced here there is no question in my mind that end is fast approaching, your January 28th date not to the contrary. I wish you good luck your going to need every ounce you can get. TLW
