If Trump can't place import tariffs on Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee, he has limited leverage with BMW, Mercedes and VW. . Trump needs to focus on hammering the UK which has been very unfairly flooding the US with defective English cars on an uneven playing field. We'll see if weakling-Trump is strong enough to force Bojo to buy American LNG, stop using Huawei as a 5G provider and import US cars instead of flooding the US market with Jaguars, Land Rovers, Minis and Bentleys.
