The Republican Party has its problem too, there's no doubt about it. However, the Democrat party has largely imploded. Their ideologies are the ideologies of madness, nihilism, and recycling of past belief systems like Socialism and Communism that have been proven failures. I stopped being a Republican over their never ending wars and the military industrial complex. In addition, I stopped being Republican over the lack of fiscal and monetary conservatism among Republicans. Those are the main reasons I am now registered as Unaffiliated. Truth is that both parties are establishment to the core and are corrupt. Trump used the Republican Party to get to power and he had to beat the Republican and the Democrat establishments to do it. He had to crush both the Bush and Clinton dynasties in order to win. So Trump, in a very real sense, is an Independent candidate. He can be unruly and very much unorthodox, but he's a winner and his policies are mostly aligned with mine, except for his fiscal and monetary policies. But I do like his foreign policies. He is an anti-war President and he's mostly focused on economics and serves the American People First. I think all of our Presidents should be focused on these things. As for the Democrats, it is clear they are now the party of Socialism and Communism. They will never again get my vote until they publicly disavow those ideologies. If we refuse to learn the lessons of history, then we are doomed to repeat them. The Democrats have become the party of historical ignorance when it comes to Socialism and Communism, so they will not get my vote. The true idiots are the ones who think Socialism and Communism will somehow miraculously work here in the US.
