This slide also states 6T, so it is very unlikely to be a mistake. If AMD had known where Intel would be now, with all their 10nm process problems, perhaps AMD would have selected N7 HP (7.5T) instead, and thoroughly surpassed Skylake/CFL on the desktop in single-thread performance, while still have been far more power-efficient than Intel's current 14nm Xeon in the server segment. But presumably they had to plan and prepare for a functional 10nm process from Intel, which on paper at least, has great density and power metrics.
