For a lady of 21 years old should be old enough to see what is right and what is not right, so she should be fully responsible for her own conducts if no body threat her to do anything against her own will. I think at this moment you realize who were hurt the most by this scandal , they are Clinton's wife and daughter. So I think they have every right to file a suit against .. ?. As to the standard , I do not know where do you get the impression it is the standard of most American. Just look at JK, then you may rethink your standard. At least I do not judge the president by his morality only, there are many things need to be judged about a president.
