California oil production has been in terminal decline since 1985 and your big steaming pile of misinformation and muddled thinking won't change that. Nor will Trump's delusional scheme to open the oil-less Federal lands in the Sierra Nevadas to oil drilling increase oil production - every oil company believes he's insane. But I do love how Trump continues to troll you. You're so gullible. Oil production began a long time ago so oil stripper wells in California have very little more to give. Most California oil wells have already been cycled through very costly steam flooding and hydraulic fracturing where water resources have permitted. Current permit applications from quick-buck artists are not in the public interest. California's water resources are scarce and underground water resource are far more valuable for farming. We simply can't spare the water for the tiny blip in oil recovery water fracturing would produce. No one but deliberate idiots misunderstand this. But I repeat myself. You should check into the mental dwarfs in Florida who have big untapped oil resources but have prohibited all oil and gas drilling of any type.
