I thickened my heart wall by over exercising. Cannot feel any effects.

Who knew?

Ran over 60,000 miles

Played tennis , basketball, hiked ,biked.

Loved racketball.

I miss racketball. I still hike twice a week. And Lift weights 3 times a week

Gave up swimming.

I agree with that but how much is too much exercise? Are you referring to intense workouts? I find after sitting an hour or two best take a walk even if 6-10 minutes throughout the day seems to help... Better than doing your workout then sitting on your butt rest of your waking hours? I probably end up walking about 30-40 miles a week and do other stuff as well.. Saunas I have become addicted to in the last decade. Several 7-10 minute sessions followed by cold shower and swim in the pool.try to replicate as much as possible the Swedish sauna routines. Our diet and lifestyle in this country is atrocious. Can save 90% of health care costs just change the way most people live IMHO..But Bernie as Santa Claus won't tell you that..
