That's called "damning with faint praise", I believe.

The "distribution" is the key. Selling on any rally has been obvious.

Hate to say it, but it's exactly the action of a stock that's done discounted convertible financing.

Where does it end? Hard to say, but it sure can't continue to make a new low by 1/16 every week for long, from this level.
