Experts discuss health threats and biosecurity amid coronavirus outbreak– 2/18/2020 A clue still, in the focus, early on... as what they're talking about is enabling their own access to government money... to have us subsidize R&D through to creating PRODUCTS which they can then sell to us... Need some kind of fund... on the order of $10 billion dollars... to "rapidly access funds"... There has to be some mechanism by which you can rapidly access funds... for speed, agility and mobilization... to rapidly accelerate products that could be helpful... They don't WANT to do anything that WORKS... unless they can make money on it... AFTER we've already paid for creating it... I think we already have that "mechanism" he's talking about... It's called the FREE MARKET... not the FREELOADERS MARKET...
