All of them since Reagan, with maybe the exception of Bush Jr. The arms race Reagan ran with Russia is what made them collapse. They just couldn't keep up. Reagan also pulled our economy out of the malaise that Carter had us mired in. Of course, Reagan had one heck of a great Fed President who understood that his job was to stabilize the currency, instead of engage in social experimentation. Then Bush Sr was a great President too. He even raised taxes to try to help balance the budget, but that cost him his second term. Bush Jr was not my favorite to be honest. I liked the man, but not his reactions to 9/11. His reaction was the root cause of the USA wasting $10 trillion over the next 20 years in the Middle East. If I had been him, I would have laid waste to Afghanistan and gone after Osama Bin Ladin, but then I would have pulled our troops out. No nation building, no Iraq war, but that was Bush for you. As for Trump, he's pretty darned good. He may be the only Republican that can withstand the Socialist lunatics in the Democratic Party that are hell bent on destroying our economy and our Democracy. So I'm glad you guys don't like him and I'm glad he's a fighter. He needs to be to put up with all the bullshit you guys are slinging.
