The quarterly sure sounds pessismistic-- almost as if they are trying to talk the stock down. On the other hand, if POTS and 24fps is all their products can do, I'd say they don't have much of a future. Is there any chance they have some great proprietary comression scheme that their many competitors would like to own? As far as wafer design, that doesn't sound like the kind of small company I would like to own--I used to follow Tseng, seems similar. Finally, seems to me CEOs should give a reason when they resign--spouse is ill, they are ill, but no reason?--that smacks of something bad soon will come to light. Anyway, just my gut reaction, which is probably nearly worthless but I was flattered to be asked and could not resist blurting out thoughts.
