They have the FREEDOM to strike & have demonstrations if they cut their pensions or if for example their wages are low... here is the US when they cut pensions and wages are low, the SWAT team, police and army are called and ready to SHUT you if you strike. Rest of the western world = FREEDOM and democratic socialism... US = authoritarian corporate dictatorship & TYRANNY....
