Cuba has made less educational and health care progress than most Latin American countries over the last 60 years, data show.
I'll bet you can't show that data....... eg, there are Cuban trained doctors in 61 countries...

Cuba spends less than $300 per person on healthcare while the US spends over $9K. Since we're the most expensive we should have the longest life expectancy, but we're #43. It appears 42 countries figured out something republicans can't accept. Money doesn't buy a higher life expectancy but public heath care does.
