It is almost impossible to get Vitamin D overdose. I once read an orthopedic surgeon expert in the field who said our "normal" level is 10X lower than shirtless men working on the docks at the equator. She recommended higher levels. Again this is my memory I don't have time to check on that right now

D3 is a much better pain reliever than Morphine and/or oxycodone.

No side effects.

No addictions.

What the medical community accepts as normal D3 levels are extremely insufficient.

No side effects.

No addictions.

I laugh my ass off as all of my doctors have been 100% wrong for 10 years or more.

Telling me I will calcify my arteries and eyes.. lol

That is over 30 doctors I have seen before I called Michael Holick at home.

Every new doctor ask me why I have gone to so many doctors. I say incompetence.

I will explain if asked, they do not care.

Thank you Mike Holick:O)
