In regards to the recent numbers coming out of China: Best Case: the virus is running its natural course in China and has peaked and is now in decline. Not so great case: heroic quarantine measures have insulated a great many Chinese from the effects of virus. If true, there is no reason why the virus won't turn around and bite China again from another direction days, weeks, or months from now. The just need to let their guard drop slightly. Worst Case: China is lying. The virus has neither peaked in its natural course there nor have the quarantine measures worked.
