Yes, the data is very positive. These insiders, who have historically been heavy sellers at sweet prices, are now buying large quantities of BAY stock by exercising and retaining nonqualified (and incentive) stock options. This is extremely bullish because the exercisor owes tax on the difference between the purchase price and the price of the stock at exercise -- taxes on unrealized gains. So the insider must feel strongly that the stock will rise. I understand if you are skeptical of my information. I cannot give a link because one doesn't exist to this information. You could call IR and confirm or check with the SEC.
