I have to agree with Alexa about the French to some degree, Jim, particularly because she is not a jealous or irrelevant bitch, but mostly because I think she is correct. There is quite a lot of appeasement and complicity with the Nazis, particularly with the Catholic Church in France (but don't get me started on that one).

Besides, the French are just so superior, you want to throttle them or something. Of course, this is a gross generalization, and many of them did fight the forces of evil valiantly.

Can you elaborate on what you are saying about Palestine?

Actually I agree with you. And the Italians are far worse. But it was a joke. A little hard edged, but a joke nontheless. Although, to be honest, I really don't think much of French foreign policy, and I'm not about to be tutored in moral comportment by them.
