If you call NASD to complain about a broker, any broker, they tell you to file a complaint with their manager, simple as that. Pugs would never admit it but you can "pretty much" assume he took that ball and ran with it. His implication is that NASD told him MK was wrong, reading between the lines though you know that they would not have made a judgement call like that.
