>>The most effective commercial that I saw during the game was Orcale's. I thought it was extremly effective. "There is going to be a revolution, it won't be with arms....."
I thought that the ad pretty much hit home in terms of where we are and where were headed.<<

I agree that the Oracle ads were beautiful. My question about them is who are they aimed at? Are company CIO's supposed to be convinced by these ads that they need to replace all their PCs with NCs?

The Network Computer is certainly not a consumer item, so I really find it odd that Oracle is trying to sell it like one.

niggerochi,

You have got to be kidding. That Oracle commercial was the biggest bunch of bull shit I have ever seen. If I was a stockholder of that company, I would like to know if that is how they waste over a million dollars ever day. Oracle has a lot of great technology, but you can't sell the people stupid story lines or social causes.
I don't know who the ad agency was that made it, but they should be fired.

On to Iomega: Everyone, you know the Zip drive will be around for a long time to come. I'm just waiting for Syquest to die, then we will know for sure that Iomega can be a company killer. Stay with this stock for the long term, and you will be rewarded.
