That is a terrible story. And the idiots who mock the talk of "privilege"- don't understand what it is like to be taunted, hated and attack just for the color of your skin or your religion. The Xtian right pretends their victims- but when's the last time you (or anyone here) so a Xtian taunted in public or chased on a train? Never- for me=privilege. I'm sick to death of false equivalencies between the imagined "wrongs" the idiots of the right experience and the actual crimes everyone else experiences.
