was there anything relevent in the last 125 posts that I should have read, or was it just tit for tat? the s& p dropped so much because of the large drain of cash needed to meet the bets on that sure thing called a Green bay Win! No wonder there called cheese heads :-) !

Barb or anyone with LevelII watching FIBR closely.. do you have a log of the past 2 weeks of the large lots that were buys? (or perceived buys) What size were they generally? Obviously we went from 2--> 6 on someone's big money...

Second, I cant BELIEVE IT but yours is the 4th post Ive read in the last hour about people sitting and watching S&P futures during the game. I think people need to go outside and take a walk more often =) It might be healthy. I can envision a clan of SI hermit millionaries.
I guess I dont understand why anyone really looks at S&P futures until maybe 9-9:30 am in the morning anyways...unless your trading them. Someone fill me in??

As for why AFC wins are negative, its almost a fulfillment of the psychology. What I mean is, everyone "knows" the effect so therefore its almost a self fulfilling prophecy. Now that the AFC has won, you will see people who play the market on psychology and sell and/or short more actively. Just like how TA affects some stocks. If stock AAA has obvious "support" at $10.00 and many active traders see it break $10.00 they QUICKLY run and sell it, which in fact self fulfills the prophecy of "breaking $10 can lead to $9 or worse".. (this probably is making no sense to anyone but me) *grin*

Last..lets see... Huge Asian crisis, ZipperGate, AFC win in Super Bowl, possible Iraq bombings in a few weeks. Therefore logic says we are screwed in the market for the short to medium term. Then again, maybe these are all contrarian indicators (i.e. best time to invest is when most people are bearish).. so maybe this all means we are going to see Dow 10K in a few months!! Right? *grin* Its all so confusing.

Going to bed,
Mark
