I don't know. They may have a site where you can get answers to questions about taxes. Intuit (makers of Quicken) sells tax preparation software, which you can order from their website at intuit.com

I'm sure that the software somehow allows you to use the web to access resources. Intuit stated last year that all their software products would be web-related from that time on.
