Bob: I doubt if Pugs can answer for everyone. I will go on record as saying that the company has never lied to me.
Does it count if a person never called them?
Or read any of the filings?

The SEC told me nothing. The NASD informed us that they recieved several complaints about Mr. Kugler. They informed us "procedure" was to contact his employer with our complaint. We did that. Principal was non-responsive. The NASD sent us a letter stating that Principal had until Feb.6th to respond. A woman from the compliance dept. called me, she had no idea of the amount of time Mr. Kugler spent on the SI thread slamming the stock. The NASD informed us the next step was arbitration or to hire a lawyer. We got a lawyer. Principal decided to pull the plug on Mr. Kugler...so we're in a holding pattern.
The NASD examiners seemed very concerned, very conversational and offered us suggestions on what we could proceed with. I never got the feeling that they felt we were 'nagging' or 'whining' to them.
With all respect, all your hoopla over an unethical broker comes off as "whining" to me.
