under a quarantine as it declared a rare public health emergency.

The temporary restrictions followed announcements by American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines that they would suspend air service between the United States and China for several months.

Why are you lying again? I listed to your edited video, and HE NEVER USED THE WORD HOAX. Grow up loser. I also listened to the entire rally, and the word HOAX was used to describe the Dommocrat liars, such as you are. It's so easy to PROVE, so give it up zzBru.
