SoundView should close their business. They issued a strong buy for IOM and a downgrade-to-hold for QCOM right before the earnings announced.

I could see revising earnings for an imminent Q earning but these are 14 months out? It
would seem that the LT Growth rate decreasing 17% would have more of an effect that a
penny a quarter?

Rather puny CYA, IMO.

I beleive they plug numbers into a computer model and announce the results.
