Not sure what new approaches we need. Trump is just applying long promised approaches that we knew would work but that the people we elected refused to implement

aren't we tired of family's running our country.
In 2015, when the Repugnant Party told us Jeb would be "our" nominee for 2016, I went online and withdrew from said party, I am now an Independent.

At the time, I agreed that we should be able to find other worthwhile candidates in a country of about 120 million eligible people (over the age of 35 and under the age of 75)

THAT being said, I have so much faith in what Donald Trump has done for our country, I am willing to vote for one of HIS children, to carry on HIS vision, and change course IF that vision changes course.

Looking back, I don't recall getting excited by Bush Sr and don't recall any sort of "vision" he may have had, and definitely was never excited by Bush II.

I'm with John on this one ..

Political nepotism is contrary to democracy in my mind ..
Our attempt at creating the illusion of "royalty" ..
Kennedys/Bushs/Clintons etc ..

I wish the Presidency was a single six year term ..
I think there would be more continuity of policy from one administration to the next ..

Currently the first two years is spent learning the ropes ..
Followed by two years campaigning to get re-elected ..
Next two years to "govern" ..
The last two years as a lame duck ..

A six year term ..
One and done ..

Triff ..
