President Clinton raised taxes to balance the budget. When was the last time you heard a group of people beg the government to raise their taxes? Senator Obama helped Bush get the votes to bailout the banks when everything was collapsing. When was the last time you heard someone say, "gosh, I wish someone would give the guys who collapsed the economy more of our money?" Dude, I can do this all day. Dems do the right thing because this is who we are. The gop can't say this on any issue because they've never been right.
