Hi Bob: I believe our dollar is stronger because are economy is the best one out there, and overseas money is flowing in US treasury's and - secure rates abroad are negative. Which economy will rebound first? And what will cause a rebound? My post script from my previous post. Why I think basic commodities. Like steel and oil. Keeping Production cost under control is a key for business to make a profit. You already know through more efficiencies those costs have been much reduced. RE: Such as Fracking. The biggies have an advantage because of more conservative balance sheets and have no need to produce to survive. I totally agree Europe needs stronger banks. That's part of consumer confidence over there. China has opened up to our global banks more recently for those who want to participate.

P.S. Part of the double edge-What good is a weak dollar abroad to = compete. This if the the economies your trying to sell goods to go into recession?
