I wouldn't presume it is cheaper, for their standard 200 item or less order runs. I do not know what they are producing for Bay, however.

I understand they have business for Ireland - starting with cable harness business, which was core business of that acquisition, I believe - so maybe putting more or getting more cable harness business into that location.
