Check the SEC filings for IAIC and you will find a new registration for shares due to investors from a 1997 private placement. If I read correctly these shares will expand the number outstanding by 20% - 1.3 million shares added to the 6 million now out..

IAIC also did another private placement recently. Haven't seen the details on that one yet. I shorted IAIC at 16 3/4 with a tight stop. I don't think it can hold up in a down market without more dazzling contract announcements. They are selling a Y2K tool just like everybody else and watching their service revenue decline.

PNDA - I agree that PNDA's runup should crest and fall. I'm short at 5 3/8 after not being able to get shares for a long time. This reminds me of BBTK. I shorted just over 5 before it fell out of marginability, it ran over 6 and I covered under 4. PNDA's "products" are even less realistic and marketable than BBTK.
