They probably already have been, because a low Nikkei on March 31 could signal the end. The question comes down to whether these measures will maintain confidence in financial institions with an artifcially valued capital base.

behind this surge in gold...why..
IMF running out of money..yes? Clinton currently powerless to push
through more funding..
how else can they help bailout the countries? devalue the dollar to
reduce the debt.(same thing as giving money)..what is an easy way..push gold :>
