DMore, Yeah, I don't know how the filing rules effect foreign companies. I have e-mailed Nasdaq and the company. Under the new rules, it sure appears that any U.S. based company will need to do electronic filings. If necessary, I'll call both Nasdaq and Triby. However, until I see a GAPP compliant (or equivalently detailed) set of financial statements, I have to stay away from TRIBY. I can't make an informed investing decision without them. Again, if someone can lead me to the financial statements on the web, I would much appreciate it.
