[Texas Instruments Invites Media to Participate in Audio Conference on DSL] Based on the recent exciting news about Compaq, Microsoft and Intel's activities in DSL, Texas Instruments believes that their announcement on January 27th will be of particular interest. A full cash offer versus Westell 90% stock offer, you can't tell me Westell's stock was better than cash? Amati team knew it, yet they followed Westell's instructions in order to close a deal with them. PeterPiper --- I will not stop asking questions until I know the truth. I certainly won't find answers here in Wn., D.C., so you'll have to put these thoughts on hold for the time being. I'll be back on Friday.
