Apparently, "there will be a “smaller clone” of El Capitan that does not have a name that will be available for the broader scientific community. This smaller system should be faster than the current #1 Summit supercomputer. At the press conference, we did not get the name of this smaller machine."

Expect lots more EPYC supercomputers around the world in the coming years. Atos is doing very well with EPYC wins in Europe, for instance.
