Anything is better than Trump. If a government needs to meet more than once a quarter, something is wrong. Security, law and order, government administration... what needs more attention and oversight other than natural disasters, or possibly alien invasion? Perhaps a Monarchy is needed to provide morale guidance to the sheep? Your president, a civil servant, should rarely be seen. Like a good waiter in a restaurant.
