yes, I know what the judge ruled, but he's simply following the laws on the books as they stand today. Our laws have not caught up to the reality that the digital public square where politics are mostly discussed occurs within Google, Facebook, and Twitter's platforms. That brings those directly under the purview of our Constitutional free speech rights. However, there is a battle royal between the fascists and Constitutionalists on this right now. If we care about our future, we will not allow our freedom of speech to be controlled by the corporations. They simply do not care about freedom of speech, as they have so amply demonstrated. They care about profits. We need a government that serves the people by safeguarding our Constitutional rights against all threats, including the current threat posed by digitalization of everything.
