cutemaster, I must say that I did not particularly like the book. It seems to be for people who need crutches but who at least have the will to walk. Its main attribute comes to light in the quality of its enemies. When you hear those who most vehemently criticize the book you realize that there must be something to it. Almost invariably it is those who are already face down on the ground and can only see that far.
