It didn't take much to outplay the Democrats. A few Facebook ads and less than a couple of million dollars spent beat Hillary (according to the Dems) Maybe what you people need is someone with an IQ over 65 to direct your campaigns. Mini Mike spent over 500 million and came up with nothing. Steyer spent over 200 million and came up with less. Hilary spent over 2 billion and got nothing but a booby prize. Yep Your problem isn't Putin, it is the brain dead morons that are running your pitiful political party. I would say he's outplaying the entire West.
