Bill, just so that people can do a search on the fact that Democrats can't math, I'm going to retype that tweet right here along with a short transcript of that video segment:
Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. The U.S. population is 327 million. He could have given each American $1 million and still have money left over. I feel like a $1 million check would be life-changing for most people. Yet he wasted it on ads and STILL LOST.
And Brian "I was there" Williams from MSNPC and Mara Gay from the NYTimes was reading that tweet out loud on live TV:

Williams: Let's put it on screen. When I read it, ah, tonight, on social media, it kind of all became clear. "Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. U.S. population is 327 million." Don't tell us if you're ahead of us on the math. "He could have given each American ONE MILLION DOLLARS and I've had lunch money [sic] left over." It's an INCREDIBLE way of putting it.

Gay: It's an incredible way of putting it. It's true, it's disturbing, it does suggest ...
