I saw something yesterday that indicated China oil demand reportedly dropped ~5 million bpd in February, significantly higher than expected.

Yes, may be temporary reductions (rolling across various countries) but is going to significantly swell inventories unless there are significant oil production cutbacks.

Been on the road all day but crude dumped today.

Russia wants to break shale.

Saudi's got broke of that in 2016.

I'm wondering if Russians are getting massively long in the futures and then all of a suddenly get cooperative?
